Bit of a side note but I think I ran into a problem. I can't finish Kotone's challenge (after doing all of the hypnosis stuff with her). Basically she wants you to complete the will temple trials again and fight the will trial boss and the final boss with an optional difficulty but while you have her hypno-slave perk for a reward and option to remove her perk.
the 1st trial (quiz), will trial boss, and final boss are not that hard to beat with the perk, but I can't even beat the 2nd will trial. dude immediately fails the challenge (starts masturbating) without giving me a chance.
I kinda want to know if this is a glitch or if you literally can't beat the challenge at all cause I am kind disappointed. is it because my trance resist is at -5% or some other hidden stat? If anyone does know how to beat the 2nd trial, please let me know.
Yeah I actually realized after playing the game again you can't resist completely. I thought you had to resist completely in order to beat the challenge, but apparently what you have to do is go through the challenge and you can win as long as your hp is big enough. for example, got hp to 400, went for the challenge and choose Kotone's boobs, lost 230 hp but won the challenge.
My problem is that my hp at the time was 200 so no matter what I always failed the challenge.
Honestly am amazed at what the developer has done for this game. You don't see books with as much detail in their text as this game. God, must be about 50000 lines Threshold has put into this game.
I really love the detail that the dev has put into this game as well as the text during the BF. For example, you could enter a certain girls shop (Her name starts with a V) with a slave Collar and she will comment about it. You also have different lose scenes depending on some (not all) stances you are in and the girl you lost to. If you come back to certain dungeons you get flavor text and some scenes with the girls you can miss if you aren't too careful with your words.
I actually didn't know this until the late stages of the game, but I found Ancilla gives you more scenes with her if you help out in the dungeon a bit. V (Mentioned above) is a whole other update with this game that probably a bunch of players missed, really like her route the most (has 10+ Scenes with her) because of how many options you have with her depending on your dialogue (and money she charges you).

Just to make sure, have you tried pointing at the pillar looking thing in the center of the forest? I'm pretty sure you have to finish that dungeon before you can move to new areas
Yes, oh yes I did; but it didn't work. it's like the game didn't acknowledge the other place than those 2. I try to check if the problem didn't come from the mods that I downloaded, but nothing happened after careful inspection of each mode. I gave up my save, and try a new one to end up having the same problem. At that point, I completely remove the game from my pc and download a new one ( and guess what! The SAME problem occurred again!) I waited for the new update of the game to maybe erase the error, but just a few days ago the game worked. I don't know how/why knowing that I didn't touch it. Perhaps, it was my computer or maybe something didn't proceed as expected when running.

Just saying, there are plenty of "dom" options here imo, even when an opponent can overpower you there are some of them that prefer to be overpowered, or are at least open to it. The 3 tavern ladies come to mind, as well as Shizu and Feng. Dunno if you would count elves and matangoes in that too, since they're not unique, but I'm sure there's still more dom to come in future updates.
I gave this game a go on a whim. it was ok the say the least. I would have loved to see some animations of the battle instead of having to read it and picture the whole thing. not knocking if some people like it that way. I found the menu system to be very difficult to figure out. after clearing the forest with the red slime girl, I gave up having a massive headache and played something else

Personally, I think picturing the battle is the best part for me compared to potentially having crappy looking animations play out due to the imagination playing in your head.
I believe its the same appeal as if you were playing A D&D game and the gamemaster plays the situations in your team's heads.

I updated the game but can't get my last save to work, the save from the last version doesn't work at all. Is this fixable? I would prefer not to redo all of the progress I had.
Ouch, I've been there. If you forgot to save in the town square before updating, the only thing I can think of to try would be manually backing up your save before uninstalling the game and reinstalling the version that your save belongs to.
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I actually had a save slightly before that one that actually works which is in the town square. Which I'm grateful for my own stupidity to have several saves (as you can see on the pic) tho the one save in the church I bet it won't work but I'll try it either way.
Edit: the last save that actually worked... took me back to before i could get the first sigil ;-; i have to redo the forest dungeon, which actually took a lot of time
it's not they didn't work, the last save I had was actually in the will and power temple i had already beaten the two challenges and was about to open the big door. Those saves are from the beginning like even before I got to ancilla(forgot how to write it)
Ah, I guess I'm just surprised you don't make a habit of saving in the town square after every significant event/dungeon, what with the sheer amount of updates this game gets on a regular basis. You'd have lost your save long before ever making it to the Will/Power Temple if you forgot to save in town square THAT often.
Still, try to back up your saves before you uninstall the game so that when you reinstall the version they belong to, you have something to get back to town square with rather than starting over. Trust me, you don't want to be caught out every time you update your game.
I cant seem to get past Stella. I did it a few times and already paid but after that I just cant seem to get away from her even after choosing to ignore the bag. Any ideas why?
Once you fall for her, ignoring the bag is not the safer way to go. You should ask her for something that isn't completely draining, if you don't want to stop your adventure there. Alternately, you could just choose not to play her event, since giving into her temptation is the point of it and there's no XP to be gained.
Does anyone have problems with the Perk selection screen? On mine, I can't pick any perk that has a stat requirement even if I pass the requirement. The perk appears white (as if I could click it), but the button doesn't highlight when I hover it and nothing happens when I click it. Only happens for perks with a requirement though.

The game seems to be broken since the last update; getting past Camilla on the Mountain takes me straight to the end of the frozen area in the Temple, with the three levers. I can retreat to the rest of the Temple, but as a result I can't actually clear the mountain - that means no Wurm, no Wyvern, no Nara, no Quests, no Amber items, etc.
Just downloaded the v23.9b patch and it dosen't have the full Stella content. Do I need to download the full v23.9b or is there another file I'm not seeing?

when exploring the mountains for the first time (mountain ascent) after the first encounter with camilla / climbing it gives me the scene where I need to pull levers in the dungeon every time, making progress impossible, I'm not sure what exactly is causing this, I updated my save, reinstalled the update, etc, nothing i've done fixed it, hopefully this gets fixed in a few days, would hate to not be able to experience the rest of the game again.
Love this game. Is there any way to heal enemies with magic or boost their defense though so i can have a bit more fun with everyone before they vanish?
I agree with this. It's kinda weird that anything you do can only INCREASE opponents' arousal, even causing them pain (like spanking them) when they're not into it. I'd prefer it if some moves, rather than causing reduced damage for being "frigid", actually DECREASED arousal because opponents were being turned off from such bad foreplay/sex lol.
I was more thinking decreasing opponent arousal with some kind of magic spell or consumable, but turn offs would work too! Maybe even something that resets both the opponent(s) and your arousal to 0.
I remember when I played this about a year ago(been away for a while, to say the least.) I was having trouble defeating sofia and thought that maybe it just wasn't possible, just wondering if it is and I just didn't level enough?
Quest 2, Side Loaded: image is only partially shown and choices aren't seen. however, if you know where they are, they are clickable. their location on the screen in flat mode can be selected. but they are invisible and you never know if you will press it right.
if I could sideload this and its usable, I would love it.

You need ~300 HP, changes depending on your sensitivity if memory serves correctly, there's no way to resist completely with the perk active

High HP (350+ at least) and Willpower are required to be Kotone's 'challenge.' I had 50+ Willpower going up against the Oni Twins.

Addendum: I only have this bug with the "Fancy perk scrollbar". If I click the "Simplify perk scrollbar" button, I can pick perks again.

Did you ONLY download the patch without installing all prior patches first? You'll miss updates that way.
You can fix it by just installing the new version altogether.

It very much is lol. There's also a total of 3 fights so far with each getting harder and harder.
The trick for the first fight is to just put her to sleep or restrain her and then just whack her with the demon layer lol.
