Remember to load your save from the town square.
Also be sure to always install the game into a fresh folder unless it's patch data to avoid weird issues. Saves are kept in a separate location so they're safe.
Content
- New scene when defeating a Lizard Girl in the sex stance. By Game Salamander. Edited by Val and Threshold.
- A new gloryhole brothel job featuring a Dark Elf. By Zhuan. Edited by Threshold, and Game Salamander.
- Gren now has new lines for being hit with player skills, a new loss scene for the thigh job stance, a consensual face sitting (your face) ass eating scene, and a lewd ear licking scene from her menus. By Val. Smol edity by Threshold.
- Beris now has new response dialogue to sex/anal skills and new player orgasm lines in sex/anal while she is restrained. Edited by Val.
- Beris now has a new combat event when restrained and not in a stance leading to oral. Edited by Val.
Art
- Houpo is now known as Houra for lewd things and links have been adjusted accordingly.
- Vivian's tavern now has background by Houra.
- A sex CG for the Mountain Minotaur by Applehead.
- Beris now has a lewd CG by Crescentia. Restrain her in combat, reversal her super, or do some of her bar scenes to see it in action.
Balancing
- Beris is affected by restraints for longer, and even more so if you have progress with her bar content, but is also offset more as she scales up in the Labyrinth.
QoL
- The 'Leave the Labyrinth' option on the map for progressing if you don't do it immediately or are loading an older save has been renamed to 'Proceed to the Capital'.
- The process of updating a save to the current version now occurs on loading a save instead of moving around town [yay new renpy functionality] which should potentially increase stability of the game when loading outside of town, but also avoid starting the game and immediately going to the character menu crashing the game. The update save button in options has also been removed because it's no longer needed.
Modding
- Monsters now have an 'EscapedRestraint' dialogue call primarily for use with combat functions and other interactions. Dialogue may also work here, but this was primarily added to make sure Beris' CG turned off properly.
- HitWithPre now occurs before the skill attack dialogue like UsesMovePre as I intended.
- |f| induced text functions should now be more stable with more function types, meaning for example, using scene jumps should no longer bypass the rest of the function listed after it.
- Added the CrashSmol motion effect which is twice as fast and half as violent as Crash.
Modding Stuff by Feltcutemightcleanlater
- Credits key for meta json has been updated to allow for an array instead.
- New semantic version key for meta json has been optionally added in place of the version key.
- TestedFor key for meta json now takes a object of three keys for more accurate version comparisons, use of floats is deprecated and will be removed in later version.
- There are now Shop and Skill shop addition options similar to menu additions, letting you add items to shops easily and without conflicts.
- Mod links given to the mod manager should be more reliable, such as links from modders manually uploading zips to github.
- The .json validator has been updated to no longer be out of date and provide accurate error information. See 'FAQ' in docs for documentation. There is now also an easy to access toggle when activating mods to do a debug run, and also a toggle in options to trigger it on start up.
- StatCheckRollUnder has also been updated to use the modern stat check formula and can do everything StatCheck can. See 'StatCheck & StatCheckRollUnder' in docs for more information.
- All status effect checking functions (except for potency variants) now accept checking for multiple status effects. Scene jump occurs if any status effect matches as per existing functionality. Use "RequireAll" (after specifying monster for othermonster variants) to make it jump if all status effects match instead. Lastly, IfPlayerHasStatusEffect and IfPlayerDoesntHaveStatusEffect now work outside of combat. See modding documentation for more information.
Fixes
- When going to Ampere's place, you no longer dream, causing Ampere to vanish suddenly.
- Fixed an incorrect expression call in Perpetua's first fights loss scene that led to her arm vanishing.
- Fixed the wrong art being displayed in the wandering Venefica event.
- Fixed RecalculateMonsterExpDrop requiring AlterByPercent to work properly.
- Slumbering Terror Sofia quest in the Labyrinth not being available due to the description being in the requires field.
- Fixed Mountain Minotaur hit with kiss skill response lines not being played.
- Fixed an issue where using HitWithPre or UsesMovePre would remove the response dialogue with some functions.
- Fixed calling a |f| induced function inside an existing |f| function [aka going into an event call and then using another |f| to change an expression in that event] double printing text instead of killing the old |f| function call.
- Fixed ImageSetDontCarryOver not properly resetting all CG elements leading to some things persisting through set change calls, generally overlay stuff.
- Fixed an issue where Perpetua would appear instead of a blue slime in a small interaction.
- A number of bar/brothel scenes now properly call InnRoom.png for their background, not that it super matters yet, but it is a fix.
- Fixed Assorted typos and editing.
Fixes as found by the .json validator update. Modders should def try using this thingy.
- Fixed one of the higher level Mimic events calling the 50 Energy drain instead of the 20.
- Fixed a smol call mismatch in Venefica's combat events for suckling.
- Failing to hid in Venefica's pantry no longer acts like you were in her cupboards.
- Fixed one of D.P.s status effects calling a scene where the difficulty was 20 instead of 25 baseline incorrectly.
- Iabel's Luxurious Sway skill no longer uses the sex version of the charm stack call.
- Iabel now tracks if she was defeated in under 3 turns for boosting power like her other sisters.
- Entering into Venefica's bedroom while she's in it now properly has that event play instead of using the one where she's entering into her bedroom.
- A blue slime titfuck orgasm call now works properly.
- Fixed Gren having a bit of a silly in her event logic for thigh jobs and sex. Though nothing really changed.
- Fixed an incorrect scene jump in the Lust Rune event.
- Assorted scene clean up for unneeded scenes and stuff.
System
- Some Internal tune ups to LoadDatabase by Feltcutemightcleanlater. The game will now properly crash if you provide the wrong value type in a json to opt-outable fields (e.g. skills), preventing values from being silently zeroed out from formulas. Unlikely to have broken any mods.
